Computrols partnership with Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo, California began in 2012 when the Computrols team completed a campus wide HVAC controls retrofit. Since that time Computrols partnership with the college has continued to expand. Most recently construction of the Gateway Building began on the campus. The new 3 story building will primarily provide administrative offices and reduce the need for portable buildings on campus.

For this project Computrols will be providing and installing our flagship LX controllers along with our UNI-C controllers to optimize energy and comfort within the building. The Gateway Building is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024.
