Offering service, maintenance, and repair mainly for HVAC control systems, Pro Cooling started in Miami, FL a mere 3 years ago. Their founder Jonathan Gutierrez had graduated from high school and went straight into servicing HVAC systems. Very quickly Jonathan rose through the ranks and became an area supervisor but found along the way that customer service was severely lacking. Knowing that he could offer better service himself, he started Pro Cooling and 3 years later he has a team of 10 people with plans to add up to 3 more technicians to handle their rapidly expanding customer base. They also plan to open their first office which will serve as their headquarters by the end of 2020.

Without the need to travel much further than 1 hour from their Miami home base, they have generated their incredible growth by offering exceptional customer service to their healthcare, commercial real estate, government, and hotel customers. All too often Jonathan was hearing of customers getting billed for basic maintenance phone calls. Many facilities owners and operators told him that they felt like they were being taken advantage of by other companies and replacement parts were taking weeks to be delivered.
