Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Building Automation Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technician, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex building automation systems. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational functionality within our diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.
The technician’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Effectively manage projects
- Execute the start-up and commissioning of building automation systems
- Preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and servicing of building automation systems
- Retrofitting new systems
- Diagnosing, and repair of building automation systems utilizing knowledge of electronics, direct digital controls, and mechanical systems.
- High levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on site, customer interaction
- Completes required project and service documentation.
