Computrols recently completed a major renovation at the International Square buildings in Washington, DC. The 40,000 square foot food market features an enclosed atrium and motorized glass louvers. When combined with the new natural ventilation sequence of operations, the food market and atrium are able to achieve greater thermal comfort while reducing the building’s energy usage.

Computrols flagship LX controllers were critical in the success of our installation. The universal points and flexible programming capability enabled Computrols to easily incorporate the unique programming with the new Air Handling Units for seamless control. Additionally, Computrols UNI-C controllers and our new Wall Sensor IAQ were installed for the new conference rooms to allow for demand ventilation and greater energy efficiency
