Covid-19 | Coronavirus | Computrols

As we all continue to plan accordingly around the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19, we wanted to take this moment to tell you how Computrols is handling our business operations during this pandemic.

Taking health and safety as our top priority, Computrols has made the decision to give all office personnel the option to work from home in order to meet social distancing recommendations from the CDC. With existing video conferencing and shared document infrastructure already in place, we expect these operations will continue to run smoothly throughout this period.

With healthy levels of inventory and our production team working on an as-needed basis, we do not expect any issues with product availability. The skeleton-crew working at our headquarters and manufacturing facility will continue to get your orders out in a timely fashion as we always do.

Our service and installation teams are still actively working in our branch offices, taking every precaution available to avoid the spread of COVID-19. We have been handling fieldwork on a case by case basis, contacting each of our customers to ensure we are welcome on the property ahead of site visits. If we’ve not been able to enter facilities, we have been providing remote services such as graphics creation, programming, and technical support. Computrols leadership team has been in constant communication with our Branch Managers to continue to ensure the health and safety of our field technicians.

As our communities and country continue to be impacted by these challenging times, our team has proactively worked to support efforts to address some of the challenges that exist as a part of this unprecedented event. To date, our team has reached out to local, state, and federal officials offering to manufacture circuit boards used in ventilators. The team has also reached out to each U.S. ventilator manufacturer detailing our capabilities. Additionally, we have offered to assist in any manner that aligns with our capabilities.

We will continue to monitor this situation and make decisions we believe to be in the best interest of our employees, partners, and customers. We wish you all the best in this challenging time and look forward to continuing our mutually beneficial relationships.
