Oldach Associates, LLC. has been established in Puerto Rico for over 60 years. Owned by Giancarlo Brito and Mr. Felix Campos, it represents one of the largest HVAC distributors in Puerto Rico and specializes in residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration.
Some of the brands Oldach represents include Midea, MDV, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Armstrong, Comfort Breeze, Allied, Ducane, Danfoss Russell, Loren Cook, Evapco, Tuttle & Bailey, Pottorf, Anemostat, Tek-Air, FHP, Reznor, Multistack and many more, depending on the market/territory.
Oldach occupies over 15000 sq m split into offices, warehouses, and showroom spaces located throughout Puerto Rico, St. Thomas (USVI), Orlando FL, USA, and Panama.
There are two core divisions at Oldach: The Residential & Light Commercial Group and the Commercial & Industrial Group.
