When Computrols began manufacturing in the early 90s, we made a conscious decision from day one, to always include true universal inputs and outputs on our flagship parent-level control boards. The way our founders saw it, if we chose to restrict the total number of points to a combination of binary and analog-only points, we would ham-string our technicians, distribution partners, and customers that strive to be self-performers.Continue reading What’s the Value of Universal Inputs and Outputs (I/O)?

Inheriting the business from his father 15 years ago, Aaron St. Pierre, who had studied mechanical engineering, took over and added the mechanical arm to the business. Historically their customers have been residential based but with the mechanical side of the business coming online, they slowly expanded into more commercial buildings.Continue reading Computrols Partners with Ranor Mechanical
Computrols, a leading manufacturer of DDC controllers – alongside our powerful, yet simple, building automation software – is delighted to announce, we have recently added Pro Cooling Inc. as our latest valued Distribution Partner.
Offering service, maintenance, and repair mainly for HVAC control systems, Pro Cooling started in Miami, FL a mere 3 years ago. Their founder Jonathan Gutierrez had graduated from high school and went straight into servicing HVAC systems. Very quickly Jonathan rose through the ranks and became an area supervisor but found along the way that customer service was severely lacking. Knowing that he could offer better service himself, he started Pro Cooling and 3 years later he has a team of 10 people with plans to add up to 3 more technicians to handle their rapidly expanding customer base. They also plan to open their first office which will serve as their headquarters by the end of 2020.Continue reading Computrols Partners with Pro Cooling
