In 1955, John Oldach moved from Chicago to Puerto Rico and founded Oldach Associates LLC. Originally, the company focused on the pharmaceutical market, providing HVAC units and components to mechanical contractors, technicians, designers, and consultants.

Tell us a little about yourself…
I’ve been a Chief Engineer for fourteen years. I worked at Greenway Plaza from 2001-2019 where I began working with Computrols, and now I am at 600 Congress with Endeavor Real Estate.

What’s the Value of Universal Inputs and Outputs (I/O)?
When Computrols began manufacturing in the early 90s, we made a conscious decision from day one, to always include true universal inputs and outputs on our flagship parent-level control boards. The way our founders saw it, if we chose to restrict the total number of points to a combination of binary and analog-only points, we would ham-string our technicians, distribution partners, and customers that strive to be self-performers.

Sean McDermott is one of the co-founders of Precision Mechanical Services, LLC which was started back in 2007. When they started the company, their focus was on refrigeration and HVAC services, which also included construction services. This included repair and replacement of steam systems and hydronic systems. Their work was concentrated in hospitals and pharmaceuticals.

Background/Biography
My name is Robert Hadley, and I am currently a Facilities Manager for Collins Aerospace in Miramar Florida.
I have an information technology background. I spent four years as a computer technician and eventually worked my way up the ranks to become a team leader to support a team of 30 technicians.
I decided to make a career change and took a job as an Apprentice Building Engineer back in 2004. I have been in property and facilities management ever since.
