The general contractor, after recently expanding its operations to include mechanical services, has now added a controls division to this arm of the business. Heading up the mechanical division is Roland Garcia, who has a long history of delivering Computrols solutions to his customers.
Building Automation System Integrators, also known as BASi, has recently joined the Computrols ranks as an authorized distribution partner. BASi is based out of Baltimore, MD but services a much wider region including Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina. The two companies align on a number of levels but perhaps none greater than their shared focus on building automation system integration.
