Their founder Jonathan Gutierrez had graduated from high school and went straight into servicing HVAC systems. Very quickly Jonathan rose through the ranks and became an area supervisor but found along the way that customer service was severely lacking. Knowing that he could offer better service himself, he started Pro Cooling and 3 years later he has a team of 10 people with plans to add up to 3 more technicians to handle their rapidly expanding customer base.
