Brookfield Properties' Silver Spring Metro Plaza Features Computrols

Built in 1986, this nine-story, building is one of three buildings that make up Silver Spring Metro Plaza in Silver Spring, Maryland. It offers indoor parking and many tenant-friendly retailers including a market, bakery, dry cleaning, car rental, travel agency.

Managed by Brookfield Properties, this 162,000 square-foot office and retail facility uses Computrols for its building automation and energy management system. In addition to equipment operation and control, the system performs optimum start and load shedding. Supplemental air-conditioning is available 24-hours a day.
