Why can't I add a blank VAV in CBAS?

As of Version 2.1.X

You can no longer create Blank VAVs in CBAS. Nor can you add a VAV from a regular Template. You can ONLY create a VAV in CBAS from a Template that has a COMPUTROLS signature. Just like the license file is signed there is now a signature that is created for each VAV template. It is stored in the file TemplateSig.txt in the same directory as the template database. This file must stay with that template or the template will not work. Kevin has made several VAV templates and they will be on the next CBAS install disk. Also, when you add these new templates to your database the points, PIDs and Logic will be locked. That is you will not be able to delete any point, PID or logic statement. CBAS no longer gives you the choice of adding a blank VAV. You can edit them and you can delete the entire controller only. The 32 and 64 templates included with version 2.1.2 are NOT locked templates.
