When will my package arrive?
Have you ever wondered when that big order would arrive or when you might see that replacement board? With some help from our friends at UPS, we were able to compile a map of days for delivery from our production facility to destinations around the United States. The map represents days for Standard Ground Shipping, however we do offer other methods such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
When placing orders, keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday are non-transit days for UPS. Any order placed before 2:30 PM CST will ship out that day. Computrols only pays ground shipping for RMA's. Any other form of shipping for an RMA is the responsibility of the purchaser. We can also help you by sending the tracking number for your package(s) to your e-mail address. You can also call our Shipping and Receiving department at (504) 529-1413. If you call in please have your Purchase Order Number or the Sales Order Number we provided to you.
