Mire started his career at Computrols eight years ago as an Electrical Helper. His duties included running wire, bending conduit, wiring VAV boxes, among a number of other tasks given to him by senior level technicians. After 15+ years in its current location in Harvey, LA, Computrols will be moving its headquarters and manufacturing to a larger facility just down the road in Gretna, LA. The new facility will provide our growing company with over 43,000 square feet, including both office and industrial space.

Computrols’ VP of Operations, Drew Mire, and Senior Account Manager, Mike Harper, recently returned from a successful trip to Malaysia where they visited our newest international dealer, IETCO.
Drew and Mike spent most of their time training the IETCO team on Computrols automation software, the controllers and also supporting them in their most recent project in Kuching, Malaysia. Computrols’ Building Automation System (or CBAS) is slated to be installed in the Moyan Square Mall, which is currently under construction.
